- Reboot the phone by removing the power cable, waiting 30 seconds and then plugging it back in.
- Unplug the phone lines for all phones.
- Plug in one phone at a time and test. This will determine if the issue is related to the phone or service.

VoIP
- Reboot the phone by removing the power and Ethernet cable, waiting 30 seconds and then plugging it back in.
- If all phones are affected you may want to reboot your network switch by removing the power cable, waiting 30 seconds and then plugging it back in.
