News: 

For telephone service, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) sets the Federal Universal Service Fund (USF) Fee. BT will charge equal or less than this rate. The FCC announces the new rate on a quarterly basis. Starting October 1st this rate will increase from 15.1% to 15.6%.
