When should I let Burlington Telecom know I am moving?
ASAP – Try to pre-plan and notify customer service 30 days before your move. Moving season is very busy.
Do I have to pay for re-installation?
No. Not unless the installation at the new address requires special work.
If I am already a Burlington Telecom customer what is the process for moving?
- Call to verify your new address.
- If you are renting, please submit the letter of permission from landlord.
- Provide customer service with date of move and schedule install appointment.
