Can I connect multiple sites together through the same network?
Absolutely. We have several ways to accomplish this. Metro Ethernet solution are the most affordable but some larger business customers tend to prefer Dedicated Point to Point solutions.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, BT believes in transparency. Providing a very clear understanding of what costs are associated with our services. You will never pay a “phone activation fee”.
Do I need special equipment?
With BT you will never need a modem to use our services. While we do offer optional wireless routers, they are not required. Because every business is different, we customize our services/products to be as efficient and cost effective as possible.
Will my business be without phone and internet service during the install?
BT’s installation team does a remarkable job at limiting downtime for our customers when making the switch to BT. The cut-over will be as quick, painless, and efficient as possible.
What is the process for migrating my current services over to BT

What is BT’s response times for service issues?
Since all of our technicians are located right here in Burlington, response times are excellent. We can typically begin troubleshooting the issues right away (from our location) once we are notified. If the issue cannot be resolved in-house, we would then dispatch the next available technician.

Can I keep my same phone number if I switch to BT?
Yes, BT has the ability to port (transfer) phone numbers from other providers.
Do you require a customer to sign a contract?
Customers have the option of 1, 2 or 3 year agreements. The longer agreements offer the greatest value.
Do you offer symmetrical internet speeds ?
Yes! Fiber internet speeds are symmetrical, meaning the upload and download speeds are the same. If you’re used to waiting while your business uploads large files, you’ll be amazed at how fast that happens on BT’s network.
How can I check for service outages in my area?
Major outages/ delays will be reported at the top of the BT website and on Facebook/Twitter. You can also contact customer service.
